Payment and Return Policy

Payment and Return Policy Returns are accepted on all merchandise within 14 days of the original delivery date for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, and that are in the same original condition. Items returned after 15 days, but within 30 days of the original delivery date will only be exchanged or credited, not refunded. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days of the original delivery date. Merchandise credits are issued in the form of a credit memo available for the customer to use by placing a new order via phone only. International orders are subject to the same rules plus 7 business days to accommodate transit time to the customer. Shipping expenses are only credited if an item is defective, or lost on the way to the customer. We do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items that we did not ship ourselves. Please keep your tracking information for your records. Product availability for exchanges cannot be guaranteed. Additional shipping charges will apply for exchanges.

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once it has been refunded on our end
